This character will be a VR youtuber. That video were made as a test for the facial MOCAP. The body also use MOCAP animation.
For the facial MOCAP I used the technique of tracking points from a captured video, with a normal and simple camera. So I put some marks on my own face, and tracked that points. Next connect in some ways that tracked points to facial bones on her skeleton.
You can see the testing expressions on her face, how the mouth and eyes move, and so on.
For the skirt, I made different bone chains, controlled by dynamic curves. Colliders on the legs for that curves for no interpenetration with the body.
